Niki Abogado: Owner, baker, artist.
Niki Abogado studied Fine Art at The University of Toronto, and Heritage Retrofit Carpentry at Holland College. She works as a baker and decorator, a freelance graphic designer, runs an etsy shop for her fine arts, and streams on Twitch.
She loves working with her hands and spends her spare time cooking, baking, painting, drawing, sewing, felting, making dollhouses & miniatures, woodworking, crocheting, playing board & video games, designing websites & graphic art, rock climbing, reading and gardening. She is currently working on restoring a Heritage home she purchased to live in with her partner, Kris, and her Bernese mountain dog, Sophie, in Summerside.
Niki is a founding member, and on the board of, Prince Edward Island’s non-profit organization: Veg PEI. It is a group dedicated to supporting the island plant-based community. The organisation holds community events like ‘Veg It Up!’ and monthly vegan potlucks that Niki likes to frequent.
